I see clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis at regular times. This spot is reserved just for you. If you are frequently unable to make the time we have agreed upon together, we can decide if there is another time that may work better.
-
Currently I have availability. If my practice is full, I will ask you to provide me with the days and times that you can meet for therapy within my work hours. Once a spot for therapy becomes available, I will reach out to you so we can arrange a 15-20 minute phone call where we can ensure we are a good fit before booking our first session.
-
Payment can be made by email money transfer or by credit card. Payment is due the same day of the session.
-
Your appointment time is saved especially for you. If you are unable to attend the session, I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged $25. This includes appointments that are made same-day. I am only able to waive the cancellation fee if there is a medical emergency requiring hospitalization, a death in the family, or a natural disaster.
